My new beginning

Thought that I had better pop in and say gidday.

Name is Mike, currently living in the King Country.  Unfortunately will having recently moved I don't have a decent camera with me, only that which is part of my smartphone.  So currently won't be part-taking in the monthly competition until I can rectify this little issue.

Seriously thinking about investing in a new DSLR as I am surrounded by much beauty and awesome scenery, and who can turn down a new gadget or toy (and it is about the only time I will enjoy the chore that is shopping).

Thanks Albee for setting this up, it will be good to learn more about this particular art form.

Thanks Albee ... I hope so to. Currently evaluating a couple of cameras at the moment, and now it is just a case of also working out what fits into my budget. I must be part scottish, cause I like a number of different cameras that are around, but for some strange reason I don't want to pay for them
